Tyze is built as a local-first, offline expense tracking application.

• Local On-Device Storage: All financial records, expense categories, notes, and budgets created inside the App are saved exclusively on your local device within the App's isolated sandbox environment.
• No Remote Servers: We do not operate external databases or servers for this App. Your personal logs are never uploaded or transmitted over the internet.
• No Personal Identifiable Information (PII): We do not collect, harvest, or request names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, or device IDs.

2. Device Permissions & File Access

• Internal Storage Access: By default, the App only accesses its own private internal storage directory managed directly by the Android Operating System.
• External File Access (Optional): If you choose to export your expenses (e.g., CSV export), the App requests permission strictly to save that file to your local downloads.

3. Financial and Banking Data

Tyze is a manual tracking utility. We do not connect to bank APIs, process payments, or read bank SMS messages automatically.
